foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"

drafting:

This document is Part 2-5 of GB/T 15092 "Appliance Switches": GB/T 15092 has issued the following parts:

--- Appliance switches Part 1: General requirements (GB/T 15092:1-2020);

--- Appliance switches Part 1-1: Requirements for mechanical switches (GB/T 15092:101-2020);

--- Appliance switches Part 1-2: Requirements for electronic switches (GB/T 15092:102-2020);

--- Appliance switches Part 2-1: Special requirements for cord switches (GB/T 15092:2-2014);

--- Appliance switches Part 2-5: Special requirements for change-over selectors (GB/T 15092:3-2014);

--- Appliance switches Part 2-4: Special requirements for independently installed switches (GB/T 15092:4-2006);

---Appliance switches Part 2-6: Special requirements for hand-held, portable electric tools and garden machine switches (GB/T 15092:5-

2021):

This document replaces GB/T 15092:3-2014 "Appliance switches - Part 2: Special requirements for change-over selectors", and

Compared with GB/T 15092:3-2014, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Changed the content of Chapter 1 (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:2014 edition);

b) Changed the contents of Chapter 7, changing "7:1:4:101" to "7:4:101", "7:1:7:101" to "7:101:1", and "7:1:7:102" to

For "7:101:2", "7:1:7:103" is changed to "7:101:3" (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the:2014 edition);

c) Changed the content of Chapter 8, and changed the title of the table from "Table 101 Change-over selector data" to "Table 3 Switch data and classification

group load" (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the:2014 edition);

d) Changed the content of 13:1 to "Not applicable to conversion selectors classified in 7:101:1 and 7:101:3" (see 13:1,:2014 edition

13:1);

e) The content of Chapter 17 has been changed, and the content of 17:101 and 17:102 has been replaced (see Chapter 17, Chapter 17 of the:2014 edition);

f) Change the title of Chapter 23 "Incorrect operation and fault conditions of electronic switches" to "Incorrect operation and fault conditions of switches"

(See Chapter 23, Chapter 23 of the:2014 edition);

g) Change the title of Chapter 24 "Electronic Switching Components" to "Switching Components" (see Chapter 24, Chapter 24 of the:2014 edition):

This document is modified to adopt IEC 61058-2-5:2018 "Appliance switches - Part 2-5: Particular requirements for change-over selectors":

The technical differences between this document and IEC 61058-2-5:2018 and their reasons are as follows:

--- IEC 61058-1:2016 (see all chapters of this document) is replaced by GB/T 15092:1-2020, which adopts the modified standard, to adapt to

my country's technical conditions;

---IEC 61058-2-5:2018 corresponds to the provisions of 14:3: "The humidity treatment is carried out in a humid box, and the relative humidity of the air in the box is

Between 91% and 95%, in all places where the sample is placed, the air temperature is kept at any suitable temperature value between 20°C and 30°C

(t)", considering that some areas in my country have a humid tropical climate, and all electrical and electronic products in my country are tested for moisture resistance at (40+/-2)°C:

Therefore, this document stipulates: "The humidity treatment is carried out in a humidity chamber, and the relative humidity of the air in the chamber is between 91% and 95%:

In all places where the specimen is placed, the air temperature shall be maintained at any suitable temperature value (t) between 30 °C and 40 °C" (see 14:3);

---17:102 "cosdia. =0:6" is changed to "cosdia. =(0:60~0:65)" (see 17:102), which is consistent with the general requirements of GB/T 15092:1:

The following editorial changes have been made to this document:

---17:101 "Then carry out the temperature cycle change test according to 11:5" to "then carry out the thermal stress test according to 11:5"

(see 17:101):

Please note that some contents of this document may refer to patents: The issuing agency of this document assumes no responsibility for identifying patents:

Introduction

GB/T 15092 "Appliance Switches" is the basic standard for product structure safety, performance testing and material confirmation in the field of appliance switches:

Appliance switches for switching on or controlling household or similar electrical appliances and other equipment, also applicable to appliance switches providing additional control functions

Applicable to circuits required for the evaluation of appliance switching and appliance switching functions:

GB/T 15092 is proposed to consist of the following parts:

--- Part 1: General requirements: The purpose is to establish general basic requirements applicable to switching appliances;

--- Part 1-1: Requirements for mechanical switches: The purpose is to establish general requirements applicable to mechanical switches in appliance switches;

--- Appliance switches Part 1-2: Requirements for electronic switches (GB/T 15092:102-2020): The purpose is to establish the applicable

General requirements for electronic switches in switches;

--- Appliance switches Part 2-1: Special requirements for cord switches (GB/T 15092:2-2014): The purpose is to establish the applicable

Particular requirements for cord switches in appliance switches;

--- Part 2-4: Special requirements for independently installed switches: The purpose is to establish the special

special requirements;

--- Part 2-5: Special requirements for conversion selectors: The purpose is to establish special requirements applicable to change-over selectors in appliance switches

Require;

--- Part 2-6: Special requirements for hand-held, portable power tools and garden machine switches: The purpose is to establish the applicable

Particular requirements for switches for hand-held, portable power tools and garden machines:

Appliance switches Part 2-5:

Special Requirements for Conversion Selectors

Mechanical or electronic change-over selectors, the rated voltage of the change-over selector is not higher than 480V, and the rated current is not higher than 63A:

The change-over selector shall be operated by a person through an actuator, or by stimulating a sensor device: Actuator or sensor devices can be physically

Combined with the switch or configured separately, it may also include signal transmission between the actuator or the sensor and the switch, for example: electric

Gas, light, sound or temperature signal transmission:

Change-over selectors with additional control functions subject to switch function control are within the scope of this document:

This document also covers indirectly actuated switch selectors, where the operation of the actuator or sensor device is performed by a remote control, appliance or device

part of the equipment (such as a door) to reach:

Note 1: Electronic change-over selectors can be combined with mechanical change-over selectors that provide full disconnection or micro-disconnection:

Note 2: Electronic change-over selectors without mechanical switches in the power circuit only provide electronic disconnection: Therefore, the circuit on the load side is always considered live:

Note 3: Additional requirements may be required for changeover selectors used in tropical climates:

Note 4: Note that appliance standards may contain additional or alternative requirements for changeover selectors:
