This Part replaces GB/T 15183-1994 "according to the approved capacity of assessed quality electronic equipment specification for power transformers." Section compared with the GB/T 15183-1994 The main changes are as follows.

--- Standard number has been adjusted by the GB/T 15183 to the GB/T 14860.3;

--- Added some references, were made to refine part of the standard file and the corresponding part of the standard (See Chapter 2);

--- In the preparation of "detailed specification" clause, the increase in the case of using the instructions (see Chapter 5);

--- Rating capacity of the approved range of references by the "GB/T 14860-1993 of 1.9" to "GB/T 14860.1-2012 4.6;

1 Scope
