Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 14575-1993 "Textiles comprehensive color fastness test method." This standard compared with GB/T 14575-1993, the main changes are as follows.

--- Change the title to "integrated textile color fastness test color fastness";

--- Chapter 4, the title was changed to "equipment";

--- Added "Reagents and Materials" as chapter 5, section successively after extended;

--- Increasing the printed fabric and yarn sampling methods;

--- Modify the test cycle requirements;

--- Increase the informative Appendix B, color fastness as other combinations of reference;

--- Increased by reference.

Appendix A of this standard and Appendix B is an informative annex. The standard proposed by China Textile Industry Association.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination of resistance to light of textiles, watering, washing and brushing methods comprehensive color fastness.

This standard applies to all types of textile printing and dyeing by post.

3 Principle

When simulate actual use, textile samples were light, watering, washing and brushing the combined effect to as a reference sample, with ash Color swatch card assessing the degree of discoloration of the sample.

4 Device

4.1 xenon arc lamp tester shall comply with GB/T 8430's.

4.2 carbon arc lamp tester shall comply FZ/T 01096 (voltage should be controlled at 125V ~ 145V, current control 15A ~ 17A, black panel temperature at 60 °C ~ 65 °C, storage temperature 40 °C ~ 45 °C). Spray with a circulating pump head is 3m ~ 5m, recycled water System should be rust-proof, water-jet head away from the specimen 50mm.

4.3 soaping color fastness testing machine, should be consistent with GB/T 3921 provisions.

4.4 scrub-resistant color fastness testing machine, should be consistent with GB/T 420 requirements.

4.5 Balance, accuracy 0.01g.

5 Reagents and materials

5.1 soap, dry weight basis, the moisture contained less than 5%, and meet the following requirements.

--- The free base (Na2CO3 to count) <=0.3%

--- The free base (NaOH to count) <=0.1%

--- Total fat was >=850g/kg

--- Preparation of mixed fatty acid soap freezing point <=30 °C
