Foreword

This revised standard adopts ISO 105-C07.1999 "Textiles Tests for color fastness Part C07. scrub resistant textile pigment printing Color fastness "(in English).

This standard is based on ISO 105-C07.1999 redrafted, with ISO 105-C07.1999 main differences are as follows.

--- Normative references in international standards replace the corresponding national standards;

--- Increased balance, soap or detergent solution and heating apparatus;

--- The Chapter 6 of each section is striped description;

This standard replaces GB/T 420-1990 "Test for color fastness of textiles scrub resistance." this standard compared with GB/T 420-1990, the main changes are as follows.

--- Increased balance, as well as soap or detergent solution requires heating apparatus;

--- Fiber brush height to 15mm;

1 Scope

This standard describes a test method for resistance to brushing color fastness pigments dyed or printed textiles.

This standard does not apply to bulk fiber.

4 Equipment and Materials

4.2 Brush. made up of five rows, each 13 or 14 clusters of nylon fibers.
