GB/T 14399-2008 is the English-translated version of 信息技术系统间远程通信和信息交换高级数据链路控制规程与X.25 LAPB兼容的DTE数据链路规程的描述.

GB/T 14399-2008 — This standard defines the following standard HDLC an application. HDLC standards include GB/T 15124 and GB/T 14399-2008. When one from the other criteria necessary to re- interpretation of the wording of difficulty, places GB/T 15124 and GB/T 14399-2008 original requirement shall prevail.

It also defines the ITU-T recommendation X. 25 protocol specified in the DTE operation using X. 25LAPB structure, elements and procedures. The order applies to DTE and DCE data exchange between, or the exchange of data between two DTE.
