Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 14150-1993 "Guangdong Colored Porcelain". Compared with GB/T 14150-1993, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes, In addition to the dynamic, the main technical changes are as follows.

— Changed the terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 1993 edition);

— Changed the product classification (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 1993 edition);

— Changed the technical requirements for water absorption (see 5.1, 5.1 of the 1993 edition);

— Changed the technical requirements for thermal shock resistance of household porcelain (see 5.2, 5.2 of the 1993 edition);

— Deleted the technical requirements and test methods for lead and cadmium dissolution in daily-use porcelain (see 5.3 and 6.3 of the 1993 edition);

— Changed the technical requirements for product specification errors (see 5.3, 5.4 of the 1993 edition);

— Changed the technical requirements for appearance quality (see 5.4, 5.5~5.14 of the 1993 edition);

— Changed the test method (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the 1993 edition);

— Changed the product inspection rules (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the 1993 edition);

— Changed product packaging, labeling, transportation and storage (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the 1993 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, and describes the test methods of Yuecai porcelain.

This document applies to the production, inspection, and sales of Guangdong colored porcelain products. Other Guangdong colored porcelain products may also be used for reference.

This document does not apply to handmade intangible cultural heritage products.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 3303, GB/T 5000 and the following apply to this document.

4 Product Categories

4.1 According to the purpose of the product, it is divided into decorative art porcelain and daily use porcelain.

4.2 According to product specifications, they are divided into small, medium, large and special types. The specification range is shown in Table 1.

4.3 Products are divided into superior products, first-class products and qualified products according to their appearance quality.
