This document contains definitions and statistical procedures for all types of resources and services that the library provides to its users.
It should be noted that not all types and sizes of libraries are able to collect all the statistical indicators specified in this document. In order to...
More comprehensive, informative Appendix A describes some supplementary indicators (important only to certain sectors), the purpose of which is to ensure that regardless of these specific...
The statistical data were collected from various sources, following the same definitions and methods.
Informative Appendix B is crucial for the compilation and publication of national statistical data, aiming to ensure that statistical data from different regions and periods are consistent.
It is truly comparable.
Since the use of digital library services has become a major aspect of demonstrating the role and influence of libraries, this revision has added provisions on resources.
Appendix C outlines methods for measuring digital service usage.
