Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted: This document replaces GB/T 13095-2008 "Integral Bathroom": Compared with GB/T 13095-2008, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes Besides, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Changed the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:2008 edition);

b) Changed the terms and definitions of integral bathroom, waterproof pan, etc: (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the:2008 edition);

c) A schematic diagram of the reserved installation dimensions of the overall bathroom wall panel is added (see 4:2:2);

d) Deleted the schematic diagram of the bottom support size (see Figure 3 of the:2008 edition);

e) Changed the requirements for the overall bathroom (see Chapter 5, 5:2 of the:2008 edition);

f) The water seal height requirements for floor drains are added (see 5:5);

g) Changed the requirements for components, parts and accessories (see 6:2~6:4, 5:3 and 5:4 of the:2008 edition);

h) Added performance requirements for glass fiber reinforced plastic panels, color steel sheets and ceramic composite panels (see 6:2:1, 6:2:2 and Appendix B);

i) Added requirements for accessories such as angle valve and floor drain (see 6:4:2, 6:4:3);

j) The requirements for the pollution resistance and chemical medium resistance of color steel plates are increased; the requirements for the pollution resistance and chemical medium resistance of ceramic composite plates are increased (see 7:8:2, 7:8:3, 7:9:2, 7:9:3);

k) The provisions on the bonding strength of ceramic composite wall panels and waterproof discs have been added (see 7:10);

l) The water-holding performance and test method are added (see 7:12 and 8:13);

m) Test methods for glass fiber reinforced plastic wall panels and roof panels are added (see 8:9:1, 8:10:1 and Appendix B);

1 Scope

GB/T 13095-2021 is the Chinese national standard on bathroom unit, in the field of rubber and plastic industries. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 31 December 2021 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 July 2022.
