Foreword
GB/T 1239 "Cold coiled helical springs technical conditions" is divided into three parts.
--- Part 1. Tension springs;
--- Part 2. Compression spring;
--- Part 3. Torsion springs. This part of GB/T 1239 Part 3. This part is GB/T 1239.3-1989 "Cold coiled helical torsion spring technical conditions" amendments. Remains revision GB/T 1239.3-1989 "Cold coiled helical torsion spring technology" valid part, no longer suited to the contents of the re Amendments. The main technical differences between this standard and the revised section as follows:
--- Standard reference material for a comprehensive new investigation, using the latest version has been revised to replace the original standards referenced in the old version;
--- According to GB/T 1805-2001 "spring term" original standard relates to torque, stiffness, deformation and other symbols amended;
--- On the order of the chapters were adjusted to GB/T 1239.1 ~ 1239.3 standard order of sections consistent. Appendix A to this part of the appendix informative. This part is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. This part of the spring by the National Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC235) centralized. This section is responsible for drafting unit. Changzhou Ming Kam Spring Co., Ltd., the machine Productivity Promotion Center. Participated in the drafting of this section. Zhejiang Meili Spring Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Qianjiang Spring Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Jinchang Spring Co., Ltd., North Beijing Spring Factory, Wuxi abundance of spring Limited. The main drafters of this section. Jiang Xinrong, Tushi Run, Zhangyong Sen, Wang Wei, He Yongyi, Lu Bacon, Jiang Ying, You Weiming, Zhao Zhipeng. This part of the standard replaces the previous editions are.

This section GB/T 1239 provides for cold rolling cross-section helical torsion spring of technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packet Equipment, signs, transportation, storage requirements. This section applies to cold rolling cross-section helical torsion spring (hereinafter referred to as spring), spring material cross-sectional diameter of greater than or equal 0.5mm. This section does not apply to the special requirements of the spring.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 1805 and established the following terms and definitions apply GB/T 1239 to the present section.
3.1 When the spring characteristic test, the maximum torque of the spring allowed to bear (load) Ts of, in units of N · mm.
