Scope

GB/T 11902-1989 is the English-translated version of 水质硒的测定 2，3-二氨基萘荧光法.

GB/T 11902-1989 — This standard applies to all kinds of clean water, sewage and certain industrial waste (see Appendix A). Water is generally common anions and cations do not interfere with the determination of selenium.

Copper, iron, molybdenum and other heavy metals and oxides on the determination of selenium have a lot of interference, can be used to eliminate EDTA and hydroxylamine hydrochloride.

Under the conditions applied to the determination, when the Se content is 0. 05µg, 30µg of arsenic, cobalt, chromium; 5µg Cd; 20µg Ni; 27µg beryllium; 35µg copper; 40µg Mn; 50µg of lead, zinc; 100µg iron, vanadium, etc. do not interfere.

The minimum detectable amount of 0. 005µg Law selenium, take 20mL water sample, the minimum detectable concentration of selenium was 0.
