Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 11361-2008 "Synchronous belt drive trapezoidal toothed pulley". Compared with GB/T 11361-2008, except editing
The main technical differences outside the sexual modification are as follows.
--- Added pulley model and marking (see Chapter 3);
--- Modified the limit deviation of the tool pitch (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Increased the width and illustration of the width of the single side retaining ring (see 5.1);
--- Increased the minimum thickness of the wheel retaining ring (see Table 7);
--- Modified the diameter of the bend of the retaining ring (see 5.3, 4.3 of the.2008 edition);
--- Revised the end face circular runout tolerance of the pulley with an outer diameter of 50.8mm or less (see 6.2, 5.1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Modified the radial runout tolerance of the pulley with an outer diameter of 101.6mm or less (see 6.2, 5.2 of the.2008 edition);
--- Modified the cylindricity and parallelism of the pulley, and increased the classification according to the wheel width (see 6.1, 6.3, 5.3, 5.4 of the.2008 edition);
--- Increased pulley material, surface roughness and balance (see Chapter 7).
This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 5294.2012 "synchronous belt drive pulley".
This standard has more structural adjustments than ISO 5294.2012. Appendix A lists this standard and ISO 5294.2012.
The chapter number is compared to the list.
There are technical differences between this standard and ISO 5294.2012, and the terms involved in these differences have been passed through the margins on the outer side of the page.

This standard has made the following editorial changes.

3.1 Model
The pulleys are divided into seven types according to the pitch. MXL, XXL, XL, L, H, XH and XXH.
3.2 mark
The pulley mark consists of the pulley code P, the number of slots, the model number and the wheel width code.
