Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 10454-2000 "Container Bags" and GB/T 37425-2019 "Flexible Medium Bulk Bags for Packaging Non-Dangerous Goods".
This document is based on GB/T 37425-2019, integrating the contents of GB/T 10454-2000 and GB/T 37425-Compared with 2019, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Changed the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2019 edition);
--- Added "composition" (see 4.2);
--- Deleted the requirement for the ratio of material tensile strength to original tensile strength (see 5.1.2 and 6.2.1 of the 2019 edition);
--- Added the standards that anti-static performance requirements should meet (see 5.1.3);
--- Added requirements for material recycling and use of recycled materials (see 5.1.5 and 5.1.6);
--- Increased size requirements (see 5.2);
--- Changed the description of structural requirements (see 5.3, 5.2 of the 2019 edition);
--- Changed the charging height requirements (see 5.4, 5.3 of the 2019 edition);
--- Added dimensional measurement method (see 6.1);
--- Added "test requirements" (see 6.2.1);
--- Changed the requirements for "bulk density" in "pre-test preparation" [see 6.2.2.1.2 a), 6.1.1a) of the 2019 edition];
--- Added the requirements for "time" in "pretreatment" (see 6.2.2.2);
--- Changed the content of "Identification" (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the 2019 edition);
--- Added a sample diagram of the logo (see Figure 1);
--- Changed some test parameters of the "UV resistance test" (see D.3, B.3 of the 2019 edition);
--- Added the calculation formula for applied load (see H.4).
This document is modified to adopt ISO 21898:2024 "Flexible intermediate bulk containers for packing non-dangerous goods".
Compared with ISO 21898:2024, this document has many structural adjustments.
See Appendix A.
This document has many technical differences compared to ISO 21898:2024.
A list of these technical differences and their reasons is given in Appendix B.
The following editorial changes have been made to this document.
--- Added the note for "flexible intermediate bulk containers/bulk bags";
--- Changed "References".

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
Container bags
Made of flexible material (such as woven cloth, plastic film, etc.), in contact with the contents directly or through the lining, and can be folded when empty Bulk container.
Note. "FIBC" is a commonly used term in the industry. For the convenience of use in this document, "FIBC" is used instead of "flexible intermediate bulk container" in the following expressions.
Rated load safe working load; SWL the maximum loading capacity of the container bag is approved.
Safety factor safety factor; SF the final test load in the cyclic top-lift test is divided by the rated load, and the integer quotient is discarded after the decimal point is discarded.
