Introduction
The framework structure of safety standards in the mechanical field is.
a) Type A standards (safety basic standards), giving the basic concepts, design principles and general characteristics applicable to all machinery.
b) Type B standards (safety general standards), involving one (or more) safety features or one type (or more types) of machinery with wider specifications
The safety protection device.
1) Class B1, specific safety features (such as safety distance, surface temperature and noise) standards;
2) Class B2, safety devices (such as two-hand control devices, interlocking devices, pressure-sensitive devices and protective devices) standards.
c) Type C standards (mechanical safety standards), which involve detailed safety requirements for a specific machine or a group of machines.
This part belongs to the Type C standard specified by GB/T 15706.
This section gives out the dangerous events, dangerous states and dangers involved in the suspension, semi-suspension and traction film wrapping machine and the bundling and wrapping machine.
Degree of risk.
All agricultural machinery (self-propelled, suspended, semi-suspended and towed) common major dangers are in GB 10395.1-2009
Elaborate.
If the provisions of this Type C standard are different from those of the Type A or Type B standards, the design and manufacturing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Type C standard.
For machines, the implementation of the provisions of this C standard has priority over the A or B standard.
