1 Scope

GB/T 10051.15-2010 is the Chinese national standard on lifting hooks - part 15: laminated hooks with point, in the field of materials handling equipment. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 10 January 2011 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 September 2011. This section GB/T 10051 specifies the laminated single hook from the weight of the main dimensions, technical requirements and inspection rules. This section applies to crane lifting the molten metal (ladle) of laminated single hook (hereinafter referred to as single-hook).

3.1 Single hook from the weight and main dimensions shown in Figure 1 and Table 1.

4.1 The technical requirements according to the provisions of GB/T 10051.13-2010 in Chapter 3.

4.2 Single mechanical properties of the material should not be below the hook parts specified in Table 2.

4.3 welded hook plywood and plywood mouth fender fender anti-collision welded, weld groove shall comply with GB/T 985.1 in.

5 Inspection Rules
