This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the energy consumption of corundum unit products (hereinafter referred to as the energy consumption per unit of product), the energy consumption limit level, Technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation methods. This standard applies to the energy consumption of corundum (including brown fused alumina, white corundum, white corundum, dense corundum, sintered corundum) Calculation, assessment and energy control of new projects.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 12723 apply to this document.

3.1 Corundum unit product energy consumption energyconsumptionperunitproductionofcorundum The total amount of energy consumed to produce 1t qualified corundum blocks.

4 Energy limit level

The corundum production process is divided into electrofusion and sintering. The energy consumption limit of fused corundum unit products is shown in Table 1.
