This standard specifies the production of N,N-dimethylformamide (hereinafter referred to as DMF) for the production of synthetic leather and synthetic leather. Terms and definitions, classifications, energy consumption limit levels, technical requirements, statistical ranges and calculation methods for energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limits. This standard applies to synthetic leather production and DMF recovery energy consumption calculation, management and assessment of synthetic leather production enterprises, as well as new or modified Energy control for expansion projects.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 12723 and GB/T 34443 apply to this document.

3.1 N,N-dimethylformamide recovery DMFrecovery The process in which DMF containing N,N-dimethylformamide is separated, purified, and reused.

3.2 Synthetic leather production unit product comprehensive energy consumption comprehensiveenergyconsumptionperunitproductofsyntheticleather During the statistical period, the ratio of the comprehensive energy consumption of synthetic leather products to the number of qualified leather products.

3.3 DMF recycling unit product comprehensive energy consumption comprehensiveenergyconsumptionperunitproductofDMFrecovery During the statistical period, the ratio of the comprehensive energy consumption of DMF and the number of DMF recovery standards is recovered.

4 Classification

Synthetic leather production enterprises are classified according to the production process used, see Table 1, wet process, dry process, post-treatment process and DMF recovery. The flow diagrams are shown in Figure 1 to Figure 4, respectively.
