5.3 Protection of mechanical hazards

5.3.1 Stability Measures should be fixed to the ground on the machine, such as a hole in the machine base. Stability of the machine should comply with GB 20179-2006 Appendix A requirements. If you move the machine using lifting equipment, lifting should be equipped with facilities such as rings. These facilities can be properly positioned center of gravity of the machine. Installed wheel mobile machine, shall be provided to prevent the displacement of the machine during processing apparatus, such as providing or capable of wheels from the wheel brake Ground Collapse apparatus. Inspection method. check the corresponding pattern to check the machine and make the appropriate functional tests on the machine.

5.3.2 operation of fracture risk Guard cutter at least the following materials.

a) steel, tensile strength of not less than 350N/mm2, thickness of at least 1.5mm;

b) a light alloy, in accordance with Table 2;

c) polycarbonate, a thickness of not less than 3mm; or other plastic material, impact strength not less than 3mm thick polycarbonate anti Impact strength. Inspection method. check the corresponding pattern, measuring, checking the machine. Table

5.3.3 Structure of tool and toolholder

5.3.3.1 blade design Should not be installed on the machine tool is greater than the maximum design diameter. Saw shaft tolerance should be consistent with GB/T 14303-2008 requirements in G12 and G13. Inspection method. check the corresponding pattern to check the machine and make the appropriate functional tests on the machine.

Adopt double wrench, the operator can also be inserted in the spindle lock Given rod. When the locking rod, the smallest diameter of the rod to 8mm, and it shall be not less than the tensile strength of steel 350N/mm2 of. When the spindle motor is turned on accidentally, the locking bars shall prevent the spindle. Inspection method. check the corresponding drawings and/or circuit diagrams, measurement, inspection, and the lock bar manufacturer's warranty, and on the machine accordingly Function test. But can also by the following test. when the locking device which is activated to start the spindle motor, the spindle still remains stationary.

5.3.3.3 blade locking device (The paperback or a saw blade flange) should provide two blade flanges. When the saw blade diameter is less than or equal to 450mm, two flanges (paperback or as a blade flange) diameter of at least 4mm (Where. D is the largest design diameter of the saw blade). When the blade diameter is greater than 450mm, two flanges (paperback or as a blade flange) diameter of at least 6mm ,but not Can be greater than 115mm. Flange (non Paperback blade) external gripping surfaces of at least 5mm, and concave (see Figure 8). If offers two flanges, it should not exceed the difference between the outer diameter of 1mm. Riving knife and its installation should meet the following requirements.

a) riving knife should not be less than the tensile strength of 580N/mm2 steel or equivalent material, on both sides should be flat (straight line Degree in 100mm measuring length 0.1mm), its width should be between the saw body width and zigzag width (see Figure 9). Inspection method. check the corresponding pattern, measure and check guarantee tensile strength machine and materials provided by the manufacturer. Explanation. e

--- riving knife thickness; B

--- sawing width; b

--- blade thickness.

9 appropriate riving knife and saw blade thickness map size

b) edge of the riving knife should be wedge-shaped in order to import (see Figure 10). Riving knife thickness over the entire length to be consistent, and its tolerance 0.05mm. Inspection method. check the relevant drawings, inspection, measurement tools. The leading edge of the wedge riving knife 10

c) the riving knife should be able to be adjusted vertically, in accordance with this standard requires the installation, the top of the riving knife shall not be lower than the highest point on the circumference of the saw blade (See FIG. 11). Inspection method. check the relevant drawings, inspection, measurement tools. twenty one 11 height adjustment of the riving knife
