Foreword

This document has been drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents.

This document replaces GB 29141-2012 The norm of energy consumption per unit product of sulfuric acid for industrial use, GB 29437-2012 The norm of energy consumption per unit product of glacial acetic acid for industrial use, and GB 29441-2012 The norm of energy consumption per unit product of dilute nitric acid. Compared with GB 29141-2012, GB 29437-2012 and GB 29441-2012, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) the scope of application of the standard has been changed (see Clause 1; Clause 1 of GB 29141-2012, Clause 1 of GB 29437-2012 and Clause 1 of GB 29441-2012);

b) some terms and definitions have been changed (see Clause 3; Clause 3 of GB 29141-2012, Clause 3 of GB 29437-2012 and Clause 3 of GB 29441-2012);

c) the grades of energy consumption limits per unit product for industrial sulfuric acid, dilute nitric acid and glacial acetic acid have been changed (see Clause 4; Clause 4 of GB 29141-2012, Clause 4 of GB 29437-2012 and Clause 4 of GB 29441-2012);

d) grade indicators of energy consumption limits have been added, within the grades of energy consumption limits per unit product for industrial sulfuric acid, for the production of industrial sulfuric acid from combined lead-zinc smelting, from gypsum and from co-roasting of ferrous sulfate (or spent sulfuric acid); a limit value has been added for the energy consumption of the concentration step for low-concentration sulfur dioxide flue gas in enterprises producing acid from combined lead-zinc smelting flue gas; the electricity consumption per tonne of acid has been deleted (see 4.1);

e) the grades of energy consumption limits per unit product for industrial glacial acetic acid produced by the alcohol oxidation process and the ethylene process have been deleted (see Clause 4 of GB 29437-2012);

f) the statistical scope of energy consumption has been changed (see 6.1; 5.1 of GB 29141-2012, 5.1 of GB 29437-2012 and 5.1 of GB 29441-2012);

g) energy-saving management and measures have been deleted (see Clause 6 of GB 29141-2012, Clause 6 of GB 29437-2012 and Clause 6 of GB 29441-2012);

h) the method for calculating the coefficient for converting steam to standard coal in the production of industrial sulfuric acid has been changed (see Annex C; Annex C of GB 29141-2012).
