Introduction

The standard size of the mounting position of the control means and the vertical lifting platforms and other components were prescribed to people with reduced mobility meet the actual needs of members, and in line with JGJ50-2001 "urban roads and buildings barrier-free design" requirements.

Comply with this standard the lifting platform can be run at + 5 °C ~ + 40 °C indoor environment. If installed outdoors, the need to comply with Other additional requirements.

Assuming that the lifting platform parts with good maintenance and to maintain a normal working condition, despite the wear and tear and still meet the requirements.

Meet the requirements of this standard lifting platform for persons with reduced mobility to safely use a separate, if not used independently, but also in others Association Aid under use. When the equipment is installed in a private place, use of personnel should be able to grasp the essentials of the lifting platform and operating in line A. 4 requirements. When set when preparation for installation in public places, or operating instructions should be provided assistance. Guide to the selection and purchase of the applicable lifting platforms See Appendix A.

The examples in this design standard for ease of illustration mentioned, not as the only, if there are other programs can achieve this standard to safety Sum equivalent operating results, also consider using.

This standard does not specify the general technical requirements for electrical, mechanical or architectural structure.

This standard specifies the materials and equipment requirements to be met in order to achieve the safety requirements and operating functions.

This standard also specifies preventing apparatus installed outdoors adversely affected requirements.

With reduced mobility to use vertical lift platform Range 1 1.1 standard provides for the use of persons with reduced mobility (wheelchair can stand or car, can also be accompanied by someone or unaccompanied), a permanent Security Power drive means security guidelines vertical lifting platform, size and functionality.

4 Basic requirements

4.1 Use mode

Lifting platform should be designed to consider the possible use of frequencies.

4.2 Prevent dangerous

We should take protective measures to enable the following to minimize the risks.

a) shearing, extrusion, jamming or galling;

b) winding;

c) stumble and fall;

d) impact and collision;

e) an electric shock;

f) the use of fire caused by lifting platform.

4.3 Principles of Universal Design

Parts should be reliable mechanical and electrical structure. The material no obvious defects, and should be of sufficient strength and good quality material Material made. Whether or not wear, should ensure the maintenance of the size specified in this standard. Consideration should be given anti-corrosion requirements. It should be reduced to the circumferential transmitted Noise and vibration around the walls and other supporting structures.

The asbestos-containing material should not be used.

4.4 Design Guide for installation

The design should take into account the special needs of the installation or use of personnel.

4.5 Maintenance, repair and inspection of accessibility

Lifting platform design, manufacture and installation should be subject to regular inspection, testing, maintenance, or repair parts are easily accessible.

4.6 Fire performance

Material lifting platform should not be flammable. In case of fire, the toxicity of these materials and their possible large amount of gas generated and smoke should not be dangerous.

Plastic parts and the electrical wiring insulation materials should be flame retardant and self-extinguishing type.

4.7 Rated speed

Lifting platform shall not exceed the rated speed of 0.15m/s.

4.8 Rated load

Rated load of not less than 250kg. The net should be rated load-bearing area of at least 250kg/m2 calculated.

Load control means should be provided with the platform, the platform overload condition occurs, the normal starting prevents the lifting platform. When the load is greater than the rated load when the amount of 110% of that overload.

In case of overload, should meet the following requirements.

a) the use of personnel should be notified audibly on the platform, and (or) a visual signal;

b) the door should remain open or can be opened inside the unlocking zone.

4.9 General safety factor

Unless otherwise specified in this standard, in general, the yield based on the maximum load and dynamic load, the safety factor is not less than the respective parts of 1.6. The safety factor is based on the elongation of steel or equivalent material calculated. When using other materials, should be considered to increase safety coefficient.

4.10 Carrying capacity

4.10.1 lifting platform should be able to withstand forces during normal operation, the force of the safety gear and when running at rated speed Mechanical system to stop the impact force and no permanent deformation. However, the local deformation does not affect the operation of the lifting platform by operation of the safety gear is generated Allowed.

4.10.2 guide member, accessories and by receiving the deformation of the connection element caused by partial load, should not affect the normal use.
