Foreword

This standard replaces GB 18192-2000 "Paper-based composite materials for aseptic packaging of liquid food." Compared with GB 18192-2000, the main changes of this standard are as follows.

--- Added the definition of "middle seal sticker";

---Modified the inner plastic film quantitative;

---Added the requirements for materials;

---Change "tensile strength" to "breaking force". Modified physical machinery such as "breaking force", "inner plastic film peel strength" and "stiffness" Performance;

--- Divide the "oxygen transmission rate" into two categories. "aluminum foil" and "other barrier materials";

--- The requirement of "adhesion between composite plastic film and paper" is cancelled;

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, and transportation of paper-based composite materials for aseptic packaging of liquid foods.

Transmission and storage.

This standard is applicable to base paper, compounded with plastic, aluminum foil or other barrier materials, in roll form or in a single production Materials supplied in product form for aseptic filling of liquid food.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

Liquid food that can flow in pipes. Including liquids with particles and sauce-like foods.
