Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 17936-2007 "Bayboard Lamp Holder". Compared with GB/T 17936-2007, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes the main technical changes outside the movement are as follows.

---Added the terms "enclosed reinforced insulated lamp holder", "partially reinforced insulated lamp holder", "rated voltage", "working voltage" and "rated current" "Trigger voltage", "Trigger pulse voltage" and definitions (see Chapter 3);

--- Added the classification of "partially reinforced insulating lampholders" and "enclosed reinforced insulating lampholders" (see Chapter 7);

--- Added the marking requirements for some reinforced insulated lampholders and closed reinforced insulated lampholders (see Chapter 8);

--- Increased moisture resistance, insulation resistance and dielectric strength requirements for the dielectric strength of open and closed reinforced insulation lampholders (see Chapter 15);

--- Increased creepage distances and clearances. Added the classification of "basic insulation" and "reinforced insulation" in Table 8 (see Chapter 18).

This document is equivalent to IEC 61184:2017 "Bayone Lamp Holder".

The following minimal editorial changes have been made to this document.

--- Incorporates the amendments to IEC 61184:2017/AMD1.2019, and the clauses involved in these amendments have been adopted on the outside the vertical double line (||) in the margin position is marked;

--- Supplementary references to Appendix B (see Chapter 4).

1 Scope

This document applies to B15d and B22d bayonet sockets for connecting lamps and semi-luminaires to a supply voltage of 250V.

This document also applies to lampholders integrated with luminaires or for installation inside equipment, but only includes requirements for lampholders.

For all other requirements, such as protection against electric shock in the terminal area, comply with the standard requirements of the relevant appliance and be installed first in a suitable device, when tested according to the standard of the device itself, it is tested at the same time. Lamps for Lamp Manufacturers Seats are not retail.

The maximum operating temperatures for lampholders used in luminaires are given in IEC 60598-1.

B15d indicates lamps specified by IEC 60061-1, loose-leaf 7004-11 and IEC 60061-2, loose-leaf 7005-16 and corresponding gauges Head/base mating system.

B22d indicates lamps specified by IEC 60061-1, loose-leaf 7004-10 and IEC 60061-2, loose-leaf 7005-10 and corresponding gauges Head/base mating system.
