Foreword

The standard Chapter 4, Chapter 7 are mandatory, the rest are recommended. This standard replaces GB 15323-1994 "aviation tire tube." The main differences between this standard and GB 15323-1994 are.

--- Adds new aviation tube specifications (Excerpts of Table 1, Table 2);

--- Increased aviation tube supporting the valve model (Excerpts of Table 1, Table 2);

--- Increased physical performance tube (edition 4.4);

--- Increased sampling and testing content measuring tube thickness (edition 5.2);

--- Increasing the representation of the contents of the tube size marks (edition 4.1);

--- Added Appendix A;

--- Remove the packaging content (1994 edition 6.2). Appendix A of this standard is an informative annex. The standard proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. The standard tire rim by the National Technical Committee of Standardization Technical Committee centralized aircraft tires. This standard was drafted. Rubber Group Shuguang Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute, Shenyang third rubber plant, Yinchuan Rubber Factory. The main drafters of this standard. Wang Shunyi, Song Yuliang, Qi Liping. This standard replaces the standard for the previous editions.

5.1 Airtight performance test

5.1.1 Test inflatable park At room temperature, the tube is inflated to increase the cross-sectional circumference of about 10%, tighten the valve core, at least park 24h, measuring section perimeter; if broken Reduce surface perimeter less than 1%, that is, airtight performance qualified.

5.1.2 Test sink

5.1.2.1 The inner tube is inflated to increase the cross-sectional circumference of about 10%, tighten the valve core, so that the entire tube is immersed in a water bath until the water calm after such If within 1min no bubbles escape, is airtight performance qualified.

5.1.2.2 If there are air bubbles escape, the replacement valve core valve core of the re-test, if no bubbles escape, was in 2min tightness qualified.

5.1.2.3 If there are other parts of the tube bubbles escape, you can remove the inner tube to be checked, allowing repeat the test. If within 1min airless Bubble escape, airtight performance is qualified.

5.1.2.4 allow large-sized tube segments immersed in water for testing.

5.2 Thickness measurement tube When measuring the thickness of the tube, the tube should avoid joint and valve parts. In the inner circle as the base tube 90 ° turn away from the interception of a width of about 4 25mm long tire tube samples were measured in the center of the crown, the thickness of the base center. Take the average of 8.00. Weighing

5.3 tube Depending on the specifications and quality requirements of the tube, said tube options to meet the quality requirements of the scales, precision scales should be at least ± 5g.

5.4 Physical properties Where a physical performance test finished, vulcanized sampling should be parked more than 12h at room temperature. Physical performance test tube of glue should meet Co GB/T 15324 regulations; wherein the reinforcing cord and measured fetal body adhesive bond strength should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 532's.

5.5 Appearance Inspection Inner tube surface quality through the use of means of visual and steel ruler, gold tape (without curvature, precision ± 1.0mm) and caliper (accuracy Is ± 0.02mm) the same amount of apparatus for testing.

7 Marking, storage and use
