3 Terms and definitions

5 Water pollutant monitoring requirements
5.1 Sampling of wastewater discharged by enterprises shall be carried out according to the type of pollutants to be monitored and at the monitoring location of the specified pollutant discharge. 6 Implementation and supervision
6.1 This standard is supervised and implemented by the environmental protection administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level.
