GA/T 761-2008Technical specifications for security management system in parking lots (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GA/T 761-2008 "Technical Requirements for Parking Garage (Parking Lot) Safety Management System". Compared with GA/T 761-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2008 edition);

b) The introductory words of terms and definitions, parking garage (lot) safety management system (see 3.1 and 3.1.1, Chapter 3 and 3.2), deleted the closed parking garage (lot), vehicle identification, vehicle information identification device, sound and light prompt device, vehicle guidance device, Central management unit, centralized charging, exit charging, opening priority, anti-smashing car (see 3.1, 3.4, 3.5, 3.8~ of the 2008 edition 3.14), added vehicle credentials, reading devices, monitoring stations, abbreviations, and symbols (see 3.1.3, 3.1.4, 3.1.7, 3.2, and 3.3);

c) The system composition has been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2008 edition), and the parking guidance part and the safety part in the garage (yard) area have been added.

d) Increased security level (see Chapter 5);

e) Deleted the system design principles (see Chapter 5 of the 2008 edition);

f) The system functions and performance requirements have been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the 2008 edition);

g) Changed the enclosure protection degree (see 7.1, 7.1 of the 2008 edition), deleted the installation requirements (see 7.2 of the 2008 edition), added Reliability (see 7.2);

h) Changed the safety requirements, electromagnetic compatibility requirements, and power supply requirements (see 8.1, 8.2, 8.4, 8.1, 8.2, 8.4 of the 2008 edition), deleted in addition to the lightning protection and grounding requirements (see 8.5 of the 2008 edition);

i) Added logo (see Chapter 9);

j) The system inspection and acceptance has been changed (see Chapter 10, Chapter 9 of the 2008 edition);

k) Deleted the document provision (see Chapter 10 of the 2008 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the system composition, safety level, functions and performance, shell protection level and reliability of the parking garage (lot) safety management system.

Requirements for performance, safety, electromagnetic compatibility, environmental adaptability, power supply, marking, and system inspection and acceptance.

This document applies to the design, inspection and acceptance of parking garage (lot) safety management systems.
