Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Instead of the standard GA/T 383-2002 "forensic DNA laboratory norms", compared with the GA/T 383-2007 main technical Surgery changes are as follows.

--- Delete the definition of "organic solvent" "Chelex Law", "silica beads Law" and "CTAB method", moved into this part of the body (see . 5.1,5.2,5.3 and 55, 2002 edition of 2.2,2.3,2.4 and 2.5);

--- Adds "DNA extraction" terms and definitions (see 3.2);

--- Increased "genetic marker" of terms and definitions (see 3.3);

--- Remove the admissibility of the case-related content (see the 2002 edition of Chapter 3);

--- Removed samples extraction and preservation-related content (see the 2002 edition, Chapter 4);

--- Remove the pre-test examination of bloodstains test species - ring precipitation test on the contents (see the 2002 edition of 5.1.2);

--- Remove the pre-test examination of bloodstains test species - counter immuno electrophoresis on the contents (see the 2002 edition of 5.1.3);

--- Remove the pre-test examination of bloodstains species trials - the gold standard test paper test method on the contents (see the 2002 edition of 5.1.4);

--- Increasing the pre-pre-test test test bloodstains on the contents of the luminol test (see 4.1.1.2);

--- Information about the contents of the pre-test bloodstains confirmatory test test test test paper gold standard method (see 4.1.2);

--- Remove the pre-test fine on the spot inspection of the pre-inspection - Services for acid phosphatase test (see 2002 version 5.2.1);

--- Increased pre-test fine on the spot inspection confirmatory test - the gold standard test paper test method on the contents (see 4.2.2);

--- Deleted the contents of the pre-test saliva spot test (see 2002 edition 5.3);

--- Deleted DNA extraction PCR buffer approach on the contents (see 2002 edition 6.5);

--- The equipment, reagents and an organic solvent, Chelex method, a silicon bead method and CTAB method on the contents transferred to Appendix (see Appendix A, 2002 version 6.1,6.2,6.3 and 6.4);

--- Increased DNA extraction and purification method types (see 5.4,5.6,5.7,5.8,5.9,5.10,5.11,5.12 and Annex A);

--- Deleted the contents of the quality and quantity of DNA detection assay quantification glue (see 2002 edition 7.2);

--- Remove the qualitative and quantitative detection of DNA of human DNA Quantification Kit on the contents (see 2002 edition 7.3);
