Foreword

The entire technical content of this document is mandatory.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces GA 568-2009 "Summer Duty Uniforms for Police Uniforms" from the date of implementation. Compared with GA 568-2009, except for structural adjustments in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Added a chapter on terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

b) Added the description of the standard sample (see 5.1);

c) The men's tunic-style summer duty short-sleeved shirt has a back dart (see 5.2, 4.1 of the 2009 edition);

d) The specifications and dimensions such as length, bust, mid-waist, hem, and shoulder width have been changed (see 5.3, 4.2 of the 2009 edition);

e) Change the fabric to combed polyester-cotton plain weave and combed polyester-cotton linen plain weave (see 5.6, 4.5 of the 2009 edition);

f) Change copper nickel-plated buttons to stainless steel clad aluminum buttons (see 5.6, 4.5 of the 2009 edition);

g) Added collar tip inserts (see 5.7.3);

h) Increased collar reinforcement lining (see 5.7.3);

i) The shoulder seam, waist sleeve seam, back support shoulder seam and sleeve seam are added to form the non-ironing tape process (see 5.7.3);

j) Added women's summer duty short-sleeved shirts and belt-tab type summer duty short-sleeved shirts with front placket flaps (see 5.7.3);

k) Changed the product name logo, size logo, product maintenance logo content and nail location (see 5.8.2, 4.9.2, 2009 edition 4.9.3, 4.9.4);

l) Changed the content and scope of appearance defects (see 5.9.1, 4.10.1 of the 2009 edition);

m) Added the specific content of the test method (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the 2009 edition);

n) Increased inspection classification (see 7.1);

o) Added inspection items (see 7.2);

p) The specific content of defect classification and judgment basis has been added (see 7.3, Chapter 6 of the 2009 edition);

q) Added sampling rules (see 7.4);

r) Added judgment rules (see 7.5);

s) Added the specific content of packaging, transportation and storage (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the 2009 edition);

t) Added other instructions (see Chapter 9);

u) The fastening equipment has been changed (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the 2009 edition);

v) Added special production equipment such as armholes, shoulder seams, and waist sleeve seams for shaping (see Appendix A).

1 Scope

This document specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of police uniform summer duty short-sleeved shirts.

This document is applicable to the production, inspection and acceptance of police uniform summer duty short-sleeved shirts.

Among them, dated references for documents, only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.
