Foreword

The entire technical content of this document is mandatory.

This document is drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents".

This document replaces GA 255-2009 "Police Uniform Long-sleeved Shirt" from the date of implementation. Compared with GA 255-2009, except for the structure in addition to adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Added a chapter on terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

b) Added the description of the standard sample (see 5.1);

c) Added waist darts for men's models (see 5.2, 4.1 of the 2009 edition);

d) The specifications and dimensions such as length, bust, mid-waist, hem, and shoulder width have been changed (see 5.3, 4.2 of the 2009 edition);

e) Change the fabric to combed polyester-cotton plain weave and combed polyester-cotton linen plain weave (see 5.6, 4.5 of the 2009 edition);

f) Change copper nickel-plated buttons to stainless steel clad aluminum buttons (see 5.6, 4.5 of the 2009 edition);

g) Added collar tip inserts (see 5.7.3);

h) Increased collar reinforcement lining (see 5.7.3);

i) The shoulder seam, waist sleeve seam, back support shoulder seam and sleeve seam are added to form the non-ironing tape process (see 5.7.3);

j) Changed the product name mark, size mark, product maintenance mark content and nail position (see 5.8.2, 4.9.3, 2009 edition 4.9.4, 4.9.5);

k) Changed the content and scope of appearance defects (see 5.9.1, 5.10.1, 4.10.1 of the 2009 edition);

l) The specific content of the test method has been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the 2009 edition);

m) Increased inspection classification (see 7.1);

n) Added inspection items (see 7.2);

o) Added the specific content of defect classification (see 7.3, Chapter 6 of the 2009 edition);

p) Added sampling rules (see 7.4);

q) Added factory inspection judgment rules (see 7.5.3);

r) Added the specific content of packaging, transportation and storage (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the 2009 edition);

s) Added other instructions (see Chapter 9);

t) The fastening equipment has been changed (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the 2009 edition);

u) Add special production equipment such as armhole, shoulder seam, waist sleeve seam shaping (see Appendix A).

1 Scope

This document specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of police uniform long-sleeved shirts.

This document is applicable to the production, inspection and acceptance of police uniform long-sleeved shirts.

Among them, dated references for documents, only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.
