1 Scope

This document stipulates the key targets and key parts of anti-terrorism prevention for hazardous chemical production enterprises, the levels of key targets and prevention levels, and the overall General precautionary requirements, normal three-level precautionary requirements, normal second-level precautionary requirements, normal first-level precautionary requirements, abnormal precautionary requirements and safety precautionary systems system technical requirements.

This document is applicable to the anti-terrorism prevention work and management of hazardous chemical production enterprises.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB 50348-2018 apply to this document.

Hazardous chemical Hazardous chemical Highly toxic chemicals and other chemicals that are poisonous, corrosive, explosive, flammable, and combustion-supporting, and are harmful to the human body, facilities, and the environment.
