1 Scope

This document stipulates the key targets and key parts of solar power generation enterprises' public security and anti-terrorism prevention Requirements for physical prevention, requirements for normal three-level prevention, requirements for normal second-level prevention, requirements for normal first-level prevention, abnormal prevention requirements and safety System technical requirements.

This document applies to installed capacity greater than or equal to 30 Public security and anti-terrorism prevention and management of MW solar power generation enterprises.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms defined by 50348 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Solar power company solar power company Companies that own solar power stations and provide electricity to the market.

Solar thermal power station solar thermal power plant A power station that converts solar energy into electrical energy through the concentrated use of solar energy and thermal power conversion process.
