1 Scope

This document stipulates the key objectives and key positions of thermal power generation enterprises' public security and anti-terrorism prevention, the level of key objectives and prevention levels, and the overall Prevention requirements, normal three-level protection requirements, normal second-level protection requirements, normal first-level protection requirements, abnormal protection requirements and safety protection systems skills requirement.

This document is applicable to the public security and anti-terrorism prevention work and management of thermal power generation enterprises.
