This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document is the third part of GA 1800-2021 "Requirements for Anti-terrorism Prevention of Power System Public Security". GA 1800-2021 has been released the following parts.

This document is prepared by the Office of the National Anti-Terrorism Work Leading Group, the Public Security Administration of the Ministry of Public Security, the Anti-Terrorism Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, and the Science and Technology Information of the Ministry of Public Security the Bureau of Chemistry proposed.

This document is under the jurisdiction of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Security and Alarm System (SAC/TC100).

1 Scope

This document stipulates the key targets and key parts of hydroelectric power generation enterprises' public security and anti-terrorism prevention, the key target level and prevention level, and the overall Prevention requirements, normal three-level protection requirements, normal second-level protection requirements, normal first-level protection requirements, abnormal protection requirements and safety protection systems skills requirement.

This document is applicable to the security and anti-terrorism prevention work and management of hydropower enterprises.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2900.52 and GB 50348 apply to this document.

Hydroelectricpowercompany an enterprise that owns a hydropower station (factory) and provides electricity to the market.

Hydropower station (plant) hydroelectricpowerstation A power station that converts water flow energy into electrical energy. A hydropower station (plant) includes a pumped storage power station (plant).
