1 Scope

This document specifies the key targets and key parts of wind power enterprises' public security and anti-terrorism prevention, the key target level and prevention level, and the overall Prevention requirements, normal three-level protection requirements, normal second-level protection requirements, normal first-level protection requirements, abnormal protection requirements and safety protection systems skills requirement.

This document is applicable to the security and anti-terrorism prevention work and management of wind power enterprises.
