1 Scope

This document specifies the key targets and key locations, key target levels and prevention levels, and overall Prevention requirements, normal three-level prevention requirements, normal two-level prevention requirements, normal first-level prevention requirements, abnormal prevention requirements and security protection system skills requirement.

This document is applicable to the domestic long-distance oil and gas pipeline system onshore, and the public security, anti-terrorism and prevention of oil and gas pipelines outside the petroleum and petrochemical plants.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB 50348 and the following apply to this document.
