Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces FZ/T 96023-2012 "False Twist Texturing Machine". Compared with FZ/T 96023-2012, except for structural adjustment and editorial in addition to the changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Modified the classification and parameters (see 4, 3 of the 2012 edition);

b) Modified the vibration value of false twister (see 5.2.3, 4.1.2 of the 2012 edition);

c) Modified the temperature deviation of the hot box (see 5.3, 4.3 of the 2012 edition);

d) Modified the roller vibration value (see 5.4, Table 2 of the 2012 edition);

e) Added wire transfer system (see 5.5);

f) The requirements and detection methods for the success rate of automatic doffing are added (see 5.7.1, 6.1.7);

g) Increased the radial runout of the friction roller (see 5.7.2);

h) Modified the noise of the whole machine when running empty (see 5.8, 4.7 of the 2012 edition);

i) The main motor complies with the requirements of GB 18613-2020 motor energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency grade, and the empty vehicle operation is modified Main motor power (see 5.9, 4.8 of the 2012 edition);

j) Pneumatic system was added (see 5.10);

k) Added requirements for safety components of electrical equipment (see 5.11.8);

l) It is added that the machine should have a standard Ethernet interface (see 5.11.9);

m) Added requirements for ladders, working platforms, aisles, etc. (see 5.12, 4.10 of the 2012 edition);

n) Modified the empty running test (see 6.2, 5.16 of the 2012 edition);

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of false twist texturing machines.

This document is applicable to the stack-type false twist used in the process of drafting and false twisting (texturing) of polyester, nylon pre-oriented yarn or other colored yarn.
