Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Instead of the standard FZ/T 75004-1993 "coated fabric elongation and permanent deformation test method for tensile." This standard FZ/T 75004-1993 compared to the main technical content changes are as follows.

--- Normative references added GB/T 6529, deleted the GB/T 8170;

--- Modify the term "tensile set" is defined, an increase of "tensile set rate" "stretch delay distortion" "stretch delay distortion Rate "three terms;

--- Increased 5.1 Note;

1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination coated fabric tensile elongation, tensile elongation with fixed or constant load mode delay distortion and tensile set of test Test methods.

This standard applies to all kinds of coated fabrics.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 3291.3 and define the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Tensile set tensilepermanentdeformation Sample under specified conditions after tensile deformation removing tension and restore a certain time, the deformation can not be restored.

Principle 4

Tensile specimen at a predetermined speed to a predetermined value or elongation is applied to the predetermined load value, and to maintain the tensile deformation after a certain time or the load, in order to the same rate of return of removal load, the sample must reply at time zero load, measuring deformation of the sample did not recover.
