Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is an amendment to FZ/T 73014-1999 "Cot yak knitwear", compared with FZ/T 73014-1999, the main technique the changes are as follows.

--- Modified normative references;

--- Increased safety requirements should comply with the provisions of GB 18401;

--- Graded into superior products, first-class products, qualified products;

--- Major changes to the physical index rating include.

a) The fiber content is changed to the GB/T 29862 standard;

b) The unit weight deviation rate is changed to the one-piece quality deviation rate, and is changed to be implemented according to the contractual requirements of the supply and demand sides;

c) Weaving Density Factor Cancellation Unit;

d) Including the skew angle indicators in the appearance quality rating in the physical index rating;

e) change the oil-containing rate to dichloromethane-soluble material;

f) Relaxation and contraction instead of slackening the rate of dimensional change and increasing the requirements for qualified products;

--- The major changes to the color fastness rating include.

a) Cancel the "low and first grades allowed to have a lower grade; those who have a grade below the first grade or two items below the first grade will be reduced to the second grade;

Those lower than second-class goods are reduced to third-class goods";

b) increase the requirements for qualified product indicators;

c) Increase perspiration (acid) index and dry cleaning resistance index;

d) The requirements for first-class products of light-resistant dark-color products are changed from grade 3-4 to grade 4;

e) Washable, perspiration-proof, water-resistant, dry-cleaning, tint-changing, lining-stained, color-changing, stain-staining, and adjustment of relevant assessment indicators;

f) The resistance to dry friction is changed from grade 3-4 to grade 4 and grade one is changed from grade 3 to grade 3-4 (dark grade 3);

--- Appearance quality assessment replaced by FZ/T 73018 implementation;

--- The main modification contents of the test method are.

a) Increase safety requirements test methods;

b) The burst strength test specifies the test area;

c) The single-piece mass deviation test was replaced by FZ/T 73018;

d) increase resistance to dry cleaning test methods;

e) The resistance to perspiration test was changed to use two methods (acid, lye);

--- Inspection and acceptance rules replaced by FZ/T 73018; increase the size or size of the labeling requirements by FZ/T 73018 carried out;

--- Delete Appendix A and Appendix B.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection and acceptance rules, and packaging and markings for carded yak knitwear.

This standard applies to the identification of pure carded yak cashmere knitwear and yak cashmere containing 30% or more of yak blended knitwear quality.
