FZ/T 71008-2019Semi-worsted wool knitting yarn (English PDF)

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 71008-2008 "semi-worsted wool knitting yarn", the main technical changes compared with FZ/T 71008-2008 as follows.

--- Modified the scope of application of the standard and deleted the limitation of the type of raw fiber (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2008 edition);

--- Adjusted normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2008 edition);

--- Modified the definition of semi-worsted wool knitting yarn (see 3.1, 3.1 in 2008 version);

--- Modify the grades to be superior, first-class, and qualified (see 4.2, 4.2 in the 2008 edition);

--- Modify the expression of the evaluation grade of intrinsic quality and classify the fiber content into physical indicators (see 4.3.1, 4.3.1 of the 2008 edition);

--- Modify the evaluation level of the physical indicators in Table 1 (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2008 edition).

- Modify the tolerance of fiber content, execute according to GB/T 29862, delete relevant notes;

- Modify linear density variation coefficient, single yarn original second-class product <=6.0 changed to qualified product <=5.0; strand original second-class product <=5.0 changed to qualified Product <=4.0;

- Modify the twist deviation rate, the original ± 7.0 of single yarn is changed to ± 6.0, the original of first grade ± 9.0 is changed to ± 8.0, the original second grade ± 12.0 changed to qualified product ± 9.0; original stock quality ± 5.0 changed to ± 4.0, first-class original ± 7.0 changed to ± 6.0, original two the equivalent product ± 10.0 is changed to qualified product ± 7.0;

- Modify twist variation coefficient, single yarn superior product original <=11.0 changed to <=10.0, first-class original <=13.5 changed to <=12.0, original second class, etc.

Changed product quality <=16.0 to qualified product <=13.5; stock line premium product original <=10.0 changed to <=9.0, first-class product original <=12.0 changed <=11.0, original second-class product <=15.0 changed to qualified product <=12.0;

--- Modify the evaluation level of color fastness in Table 2 (see Table 2, Table 2 of the 2008 edition).

- Increase the color fastness to dry cleaning;

- Modify the color fastness to washing, the original second-class products >=2-3 grade changed to qualified products >=3 grade;

- Modify the color fastness to wet rubbing, the original second-class products >= 2 grades to qualified products >= 2-3 grades;

- Add Note 1, Note 2, Note 3;

--- Requirements for improving the appearance quality of the assessment (see 4.4, 4.4, A.3 of the 2008 edition);

--- Modify the test method (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the 2008 edition).

- Delete the date when the linear density deviation rate, linear density variation coefficient, twist deviation rate, and twist variation coefficient are quoted from the standard (see 2008 (Annual versions 5.3.1, 5.3.4, 5.3.5);

- The date of modification of pilling, color fastness, and dichloromethane soluble substance washing method standards (see 5.2.2.1, 5.2.2.2, 2008

Note 5.3 of the annual edition);

--- Delete the test method for the coefficient of variation of the uniformity of the strips (see 5.2.11 of the 2008 edition).

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee Woolen Textile Branch (SAC/TC209/SC3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of semi-worsted wool knitting yarn.

This standard is applicable to identify the quality of various semi-worsted wool knitting yarns.
