FZ/T 71006-2021Cashmere knitting yarn (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces FZ/T 71006-2009 "Cashmere Knitting Yarn". Compared with FZ/T 71006-2009, except for editorial changes, the main the main technical changes are as follows.

---The file name was changed to "cashmere knitting yarn";

---Modified the scope of the document (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2009 edition);

---Adjusted the normative reference documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2009 edition);

--- The safety requirements have increased the basic safety technical requirements for infants and children's products that should meet the requirements of GB 31701 (see 4.1, 3.1 of the 2009 edition);

---The classification is changed to superior product, first-class product, and qualified product (see 4.2, 3.2 of the 2009 edition);

---The main revisions of the internal quality rating are as follows (see Table 1, Table 1 and Table 2 of the 2009 edition).

a) Modified the fiber content to comply with GB/T 29862;

b) Modified the qualified product index in the linear density deviation rate;

c) Added the first-class and qualified product indicators of combed products in the linear density variation coefficient;

d) Modified the breaking strength index of single yarn;

e) Deleted the index of fat content and added the index of methylene chloride soluble substances;

f) Modified the way of expressing the color changes of washing resistance, perspiration resistance, and water fastness, and the expression of the staining of the lining, and adjusted the corresponding assessment index;

g) The evaluation index of color fastness to dry cleaning has been added;

h) Adjusted the remark content;

---The main revisions of the appearance quality rating are as follows (see 4.4, 3.4 in the 2009 edition);

a) Added appearance quality rating (see 4.4.1);

b) Modified the requirements for hank yarn appearance defect evaluation and other requirements (see Table 2, Table 3 of the 2009 edition);

c) Modified the requirements of the appearance defect evaluation of the weaving film (see Table 3, Table 4 of the 2009 edition);

---The main modifications of the test method are as follows (see Chapter 5, Chapter 4 of the 2009 edition);

a) Added safety requirements inspection (see 5.1);

b) Added the test method of methylene chloride soluble matter according to FZ/T 20018, semi-combed product pilling test preset rotation the number is 7200r (see 5.2);

--- Deleted the requirement for the number of single yarn tests in the twist test (see Table 5, Table 6 of the 2009 edition);

---Infant and children's products, if they do not meet the requirements of GB 31701, are determined to be unqualified (see 6.3.3.1, 5.3.3.1 of the 2009 edition);

--- Adjusted the contents of Appendix A (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the 2009 edition).

--- Deleted the original Appendix C (see Appendix C of the 2009 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, acceptance rules, packaging and marking of cashmere knitting yarn.

This document is applicable to the identification of fine, carded and semi-combed pure cashmere knitting yarn and cashmere blended needles containing 30% cashmere or more the quality of knitting yarn.
