FZ/T 63020-2022Mixed polyolefin fibre ropes (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces FZ/T 63020-2013 "Mixed Polyolefin Fiber Ropes". Compared with FZ/T 63020-2013, except for editorial amendments the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Modified the "scope" (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2013 edition);

--- Modified the "normative references" and "identification" (see Chapter 2 and Chapter 4, Chapter 2 and Chapter 4 of the 2013 edition);

--- Added "terms and definitions" (see Chapter 3);

--- The minimum breaking strength is divided into the indicators of the two test methods with eye rings inserted at both ends and uninserted (see Chapter 7, Section 5 of the 2013 edition chapter);

--- Deleted the "informative appendix".

This document is modified to adopt ISO 10572:2009 "Mixed Polyolefin Fiber Ropes".

Compared with ISO 10572:2009 "Mixed polyolefin fiber ropes", this document has made the following structural adjustments and editorial changes.

--- In order to coordinate with existing standards, the scope of Chapter 1 specifies the linear density and rope code;

--- In order to be consistent with the existing standard structure, add Chapter 8 Test Method, Chapter 9 Inspection Rules, Chapter 10 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, signs, materials, and general techniques for three-strand, four-strand, eight-strand, and twelve-strand mixed polyolefin new fiber ropes Requirements, physical characteristics, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This document applies to mixed polyolefin fiber ropes with a linear density of 14.8ktex~12180ktex and a rope code number of 6~160.

The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated references for documents, only the version corresponding to the date is applicable to this document; for undated reference documents, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 40273 apply to this document.

4 Logo

Fiber rope identification consists of the following.

--- fiber rope;

--- This document number;

---rope structure;

--- Rope code;

---Rope material.

Example. 3-strand mixed polyolefin fiber rope, reference code 20 (type A), linear density approximately corresponds to 181ktex rope made of mixed polyolefin fibers.

5 Materials

The raw material of the rope should be a new bicomponent fiber formed by melt blending and spinning of 15%~50% polyethylene and polypropylene.
