In the formula.

m --- batch product package quality, in kilograms (kg);

M1 --- the net mass of the package of the batch product, in kilograms (kg);

R0 --- polypropylene monofilament has a specified moisture regain, the value is 0.0%;

R --- polypropylene monofilament measured moisture regain, %;

Note. The net quality refers to the quality of the bobbin and the wrapping paper; the quality of the bobbin and wrapping paper is calculated as the average of the actual mass.

When the difference in the specified quality does not exceed 0.5%, no compensation will be given; if it exceeds, the actual excess will be compensated.

8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

8.1 Mark

The package name should be marked with the product name, specification, grade, batch number, net weight, gross weight, number of packages, packaging date, product standard number, trademark, Relevant information such as the name of the manufacturer, the detailed address, and other warning signs such as moisture-proof and careless.

B.2.2.5 Check the surface contamination to visually see the oil, rust and other stains that can be seen, and calculate the area.

B.2.2.6 Inspection Package molding refers to the winding of the wire layer of the wire, the package is not packaged too hard, too soft, three faces are uneven and packaged Improper position, do not press the test when testing.

B.2.2.7 The test color difference is based on the color difference between the package and the package, and the color difference between the deepest and the shallowest of each package end face is determined by the gray card.

Set, record.

B.2.2.8 Record the results.

B.3 Assessment rules B.3.1 Insufficient yarn refers to a strand that has not been fully stretched, has a significantly longer elongation than the drawn strand, and is significantly thicker in diameter. Inspection package the total surface of each cylinder is determined by the number of stretched filaments per cylinder.

B.3.2 The knot of the knot shall be at the end of the unwinding direction, without affecting the unwinding, and the length of the knot shall not exceed 5 mm. Inspection volume the total surface of the package is equal to the number of knots accumulated in each package.

B.3.3 Surface contamination refers to oil, rust and other stains. The total area of contamination on the surface of the barrel is determined.

B.4 Comprehensive classification the lowest grade in the appearance item is the grade of the package.
