Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Instead of the standard FZ/T 52003-1993 "polypropylene staple fiber", compared with the original standard, in addition to editorial changes, the major technological change as follows.

--- Scope of the density of the product line by 1.70dtex ~ 22.20dtex extended to 1.67dtex ~ 120.00dtex (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 1993 edition);

--- Grade products from the original class product, first-class product, second product, third-class products, less than third-class product is substandard products, read. superior products, a and other products, qualified three levels below the qualified product is substandard product (see Chapter 5, Section 4 of the 1993 edition);

--- Spinning fiber breaking strength coefficient of variation, long fiber and oil content index adjustment (see Table 1, 1993 edition of the Table 1);

--- Spinning fiber elongation at break of indicators to control positive and negative deviations (see Table 1, 1993 edition of the Table 1);

--- The nonwoven increased > 22.20dtex ~ 50.00dtex, > 50.00dtex ~ 120.00dtex two tranches indicators (see Table 2, 1993 edition of the Table 2);

--- The nonwoven increased breaking strength coefficient of variation, number of crimps, crimp rate index (Table 2, 1993 edition of the Table 2).

7 Inspection rules

7.1 factory inspection

7.1.1 Test items

Table 1, Table 2 requires the items are test items, test methods in accordance with Chapter 6 of the inspection.

7.1.2 Batch provisions Within a certain range by the periodic sampling test batch composition. A production batch by batch testing a composition, but also by a number of inspection lots composition.

7.1.3 Sampling provisions Performance Project executed in each sampling method GB/T 14334 requirements.

7.1.4 Comprehensive Assessment Measured or calculated values of each property item by GB/T 8170 in comparison with the rounding value in Table 1, Table 2 Project performance indicators limits Comparison, assessment of each grade. To test each batch of the final performance of the project in terms of the lowest rank for a given product level.

7.2 reinspection rules

7.2.1 General

Batch of products to the consignee should be timely inspection lot number, size, number and manifest (or packaging identification) matches. Ship such as production when product quality objection (except moisture regain), within one month in goods to the manufacturers drew retest, but also in consultation with the third-party manufacturers to draw complex Inspection, re-inspection results to the final result, the deadline will not be accepted. If the batch has spent more than a third, may not apply for re-inspection. in case Due to quality problems caused during transportation or storage, the supply and demand sides should analyze the causes and define responsibilities, consultations. For the production of the factory plant Products a year, if in the course, due to the impact of the quality of the batch after processing product quality, and cause serious damage, the supply and demand double We shall analyze the causes and define responsibilities, consultations.

7.2.2 Test items

With the provisions of 7.1.1.

7.2.3 Batch provisions when reinspection original batch production batch groups.

7.2.4 Sampling provisions

7.2.4.1 Project performance test by GB/T 14334 regulations adopted package sampling methods, sampling. Italy can not be drawn in transit External moisture, pollution, abrasion or packaging of the package has been opened. Reinspection may be made when the production side, the use of joint sampling testing may also request legal Inspection agency arbitration.

7.2.4.2 times longer fiber content, the amount of sample defect content doubled.

7.2.5 retest assessment Press 7.1.4 assessment, higher than or equal to the original level to comply with the judgment, it is judged as lower than the original level does not meet. To retest data by referee According to the cost borne by the responsible party.

7.2.6 conventional mass Conventional mass is calculated according to equation (1) regulations.

m = m1 ×

1 R0

Where.

m --- batch package conventional mass, in kilograms (kg);

m1 --- batch package net mass, in kilograms (kg);

R0 --- polypropylene staple fiber moisture regain, R0 = 0%;

R --- Found moisture regain%.

When the difference reinspection every package quality (net or gross) and provision of quality should not exceed ± 5%, of the total package does not exceed the difference between the conventional mass 0.5%, no compensation, according to the actual difference between the compensation, except as otherwise agreed exceeded.

8 signs, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 mark Product packaging is marked with product name, size, batch number, trademark, product standards, manufacturer's name and address, net weight, grade and product anti Protection, handling warning signs. Products Printed signs should not fade significantly prevent oil pollution color penetrate the fiber package.

8.2 Packaging

8.2.1 Packaging and packaging materials should ensure quality fibers from damage. Packaging integrity, no fiber exposed, tied with packing tape and solid.

8.2.2 different specifications, batch number, grade product should be packaged separately.

8.2.3 Each batch of products should be attached to the quality of Inspection.

8.3 Transport

Transportation should be taken to moisture, rain, sun, anti-fouling and other measures, gently, non-damaged packaging.

8.4 Storage

Products should be stacked batch storage, stored in a dry bath, clean warehouse, are not allowed to open dumps, not upside down during storage, avoid high, to protect the produce Product quality from damage.
