Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 15002-2011 "Polyacrylic sizing agent for textile sizing". Compared with FZ/T 15002-2011, the main the technical changes are as follows.

---The standard name is adjusted to "polyacrylic sizing agent for textile warp sizing";

---Adjusted the terms and definitions from 3.2 to 3.6;

---Adjusted the rating method, the rating is divided into qualified products and unqualified products;

---The assessment indicators are combined with the requirements of the original first-class products and qualified products. Among them, the deviation rate of the slurry film water absorption rate and the deviation of alkali solubility are adjusted to plus or minus Deviation (see Table 1);

---The original standard Appendix B is adjusted to Appendix D, and the original standard Appendix C and Appendix D are adjusted to Appendix B and Appendix C.

This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Cotton Textile Subcommittee of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC209/SC10).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and classification of polyacrylic sizing agent for sizing textile warp yarns (hereinafter referred to as polyacrylic acid sizing agent).

Marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to polyacrylic acid sizing agents used for sizing textile warp yarns.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 19466.2 apply to this document.

Polyacrylicsizes

Homopolymers, copolymers and their blends prepared with acrylics as the main monomer are collectively referred to as polyacrylic slurries.

Non-volatile substance the residue after the slurry is dried to a constant amount at the specified temperature.

Viscosity

The fluid resistance of the slurry.

Residual monomer

The remaining monomers in the slurry that did not participate in the polymerization reaction.
