Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 13010-1998 "synthetic fiber canvas for rubber industry". Main technology compared to FZ/T 13010-1998 the changes are as follows.

--- The standard scope of application is adjusted to the quality of nylon fiber, polyester fiber natural canvas and dipped canvas for rubber industry;

--- Products have added polyester-dipped rubber high temperature resistant canvas, polyester dipped canvas;

---Physical and chemical properties adjusted to fabric structure, bond strength, breaking strength, elongation at break, 10% elongation at break, dry heat shrinkage, Qualitative assessment of dry quality per unit area and warp and weft fibers; adjustment of density, thickness, weft and length to internal control projects;

---Adjust some assessment indicators of physical and chemical properties and appearance defects;

--- Delete the original standard Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix F, Appendix G;

--- Appropriate adjustments to the test method appendix.

This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee Cotton Textile Subcommittee (SAC/TC209/SC10).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, signs, and synthetic fiber canvas for rubber industry.

Storage and transportation.

This standard is applicable to woven nylon fibers, polyester fiber natural canvas and dipped canvas for rubber industry.

3 Definition

The following terms and definitions as defined in FZ/T 01018 apply to this document.

Nylon canvas dishedpolyamidecanvas the warp and weft are canvas of nylon 6 fiber (or nylon 66 fiber), codenamed "NN".

Polyester canvas dippedpolyester/polyamidecanvas the warp is a polyester fiber, and the weft is a nylon 66 fiber canvas, codenamed "EP".

Polyester high temperature resistant canvas dippedpolyester/polyamideheat-resistantcanvas the warp is a high modulus low shrinkage polyester or ultra low shrinkage polyester fiber, and the weft is a nylon 66 fiber canvas, codenamed "HTREP".

Polyester canvas dishippedpolyestercanvas the canvas in the warp and weft directions is polyester fiber, codenamed "PP".

4.1 Synthetic fiber canvas for rubber industry can be divided into nylon canvas, polyester canvas and polyester brocade according to its fiber type.
