Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 12045-2014 "Air-jet vortex spun viscose fiber colored spinning", FZ/T 12062-2019 "Viscose fiber colored spinning yarn". Compared with FZ/T 12045-2014 and FZ/T 12062-2019, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Expanded the standard scope;

---Technical requirements are set according to the assessment items of ring spinning, air-jet vortex spinning, and rotor spinning. Ring spinning is based on traditional ring spinning, siro spinning and compact spinning.

Spinning and Siro compact spinning are assessed separately (see Table 1 to Table 4, Table 1 of the 2014 edition);

---Deleted the sampling regulations and the expression of test results.

This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings of viscose fiber (cotton fiber) colored spinning yarn.

3 Product classification and marking

3.1 Viscose fiber colored spinning yarns are classified according to different production processes, different colors and linear densities.

3.2 The production process of viscose fiber color spinning is divided into ring spinning, air-jet vortex spinning and rotor spinning. The production process of ring spinning includes Contains traditional ring spinning, Siro spinning, compact spinning and Siro compact spinning.

3.3 The production process and raw material code of viscose fiber colored spinning are expressed in English letters. Siro spinning code is AA, compact spinning code is JM, Siro compact spinning code is AAJM, air jet vortex spinning code is JV, rotor spinning code is OE, traditional ring spinning code is not marked;

The raw material code of rubber fiber is R.

3.4 When marking viscose fiber colored spinning yarn, the color (or code) of the yarn, spinning process (or code), and raw material name should be indicated before the line density.
