DL 5190.2-2019 is the English-translated version of 电力建设施工技术规范第2部分：锅炉机组.

DL 5190.2-2019 — 1.0.1 In order to further improve the installation and construction level of power station boilers, promote technological progress, adapt to scientific development, and ensure safe production and engineering quality, specially prepared this part.

1.0.2 This section applies to the construction of power station boiler units with a rated steam pressure of 9.8MPa and above.

1.0.3 The construction of domestic waste incineration boilers and gas-steam combined cycle power station waste heat boilers should be carried out in accordance with Appendix A and Appendix B. 1.0.4 The construction of imported units shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the contract.

If there is no clear provision in the contract, this section shall be carried out. 1.0.5 In addition to the installation of power station boiler units, it shall comply with this part, as well as the regulations of the current relevant national and industry standards. DL/T 5190.2-2019
