Foreword

This standard is written in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is a revision of CJ/T 178-2003 "flexible joints of construction drainage cast iron pipes and fittings" and CJ/T 178-2003 compared to the main technical changes as follows.

--- Added "RC1" type pipe and fittings;

--- Increase the "RDL" type of single-pipe whirlpool pipe fittings technical requirements;

--- Adjust the pipe dimensions and marked parts;

--- Wall thickness, pipe fittings allow deviation, according to the current national standards have been adjusted;

--- Increasing the length of the pipe branch of the allowable deviation;

--- Increased P trap, S trap water seal height dimensions;

--- Increased pipe bending above DN100 requirements from the original 2mm/m increased to 1.5mm/m;

--- Technical requirements and test methods have been adjusted and supplemented;

--- Normative references have been adjusted according to the current national standards.

1 Scope
