YY/T 0113-2015 is the English-translated version of 牙科学 复合树脂耐磨耗性能测试方法.
YY/T 0113-2015 is a recommended Chinese pharmaceutical industry standard giving the test method for the wear resistance of dental composite resins. It applies to both light-cured and chemically cured materials.
The document defines the terms used in the test, such as specimen, wear load, fixture, exposed length of the specimen, abrasive and pre-grinding, and sets the main motion parameters of the wear test apparatus.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is YY/T 0113-1993 "dental composite resin wear resistance test method" revision. This standard is replaced Standard Test Method for Wear Resistance of Dental Composite Resin YY/T 0113-1993.
The main technical changes of this standard and YY/T 0113-1993 "Test method for wear resistance of dental composite resin" are as follows.
- increases the main motion parameters of the wear test device.
--- Increased wear resistance by means of measuring the height of the specimen.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for the wear resistance of dental composite resins.
This standard applies to the photocurable and chemically cured dental composite resin wear resistance test.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Specimen
The sample to be tested with the test material.
3.2 Wear load
The positive pressure on the specimen when it is worn.
3.3 Fixture
A device for holding a specimen in a wear test.
3.4 Exposed length of specimen
The sample mounted on the jig exposes the length of the jig portion.
3.5 Upper grinding head
On the mill.
Wear parts of the mill with wear.
3.6 Abrasive
The material is squeezed between the specimen and the mill.
3.7 Pre-grinding
In order to make the ground surface of the sample have a consistent initial form, the formal test carried out before the wear process.
