1 Scope
This part of YS/T 281 specifies the determination of lead in cobalt.
This part applies to the determination of lead in cobalt. Determination range. 0.0015% ~ 0.0070%.
2 Method summary
The sample was decomposed with nitric acid, and in a dilute nitric acid medium, an air-acetylene flame was used at a wavelength of 217.0 nm at the atomic absorption spectrometer.
Lead absorbance.
The standard solution should contain the same concentration of cobalt matrix as the sample solution.
3 Reagent
If no special instructions, the reagents used for the analysis of pure reagents, preparation and analysis of water are secondary distilled water or considerable purity of the experiment Room water.
3.1 Metal cobalt (wCo >= 99.98%, wPb 99.99%) in 250mL beaker, add 30mL nitric acid (3.2) cover
The plates were heated and dissolved completely, and the micronatant was driven by nitrogen, and the plates and cup walls were washed with water and allowed to cool to room temperature. Into the 1000mL capacity Bottle, the water volume, mix. This solution 1mL containing 1mg of lead.
3.5 Lead Standard Solution A. Remove 10.00mL Lead Standard Storage Solution (3.4) In a 100 mL volumetric flask, dilute with nitric acid (3.3) to Scale, mix. This solution 1mL containing 100µg of lead.
3.6 Lead Standard Solution B. Remove 20.00mL Lead Standard Solution A (3.5) in 100mL, volumetric flask. Diluted with dilute nitric acid (3.3) Scale, mix. This solution contains 1 g of 20 µg of lead.
4 Instruments
Atomic Absorption Spectrometer with Lead Hollow Cathode Lamp.
In the best working conditions of the instrument, who can achieve the following indicators can be used.
--- Minimum Sensitivity. The concentration of lead should be no more than 0.47 µg/mL in a solution consistent with the matrix of the test sample solution.
Precision. the maximum concentration of the standard solution measured 10 times the absorbance, the standard deviation should not exceed 1.0% of the average absorbance;
The standard absorbance should be measured with a minimum concentration of standard solution (not a "zero" standard solution) with a standard deviation of no more than the highest concentration
