3 Requirements
3.1 Product Classification
In accordance with the scope of application and chemical composition, products shall
be classified into six grades.
3.2 Chemical Composition
Products' chemical composition shall comply with the stipulations in Table 1.
4 Test Methods
4.1 The method of chemical composition analysis of the product shall comply with the
stipulations in YS/T 509.1, YS/T 509.5, YS/T 509.6, YS/T 509.8 and YS/T 509.10.
4.2 The method of granularity test shall be negotiated and determined by the demand-
side and the supply-side.
4.4 Product's appearance quality shall be inspected through visual observation.
5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Inspection and Acceptance Inspection
5.1.1 Products shall be inspected by the supply-side's quality inspection department,
which shall guarantee that product quality complies with the stipulations in this
Standard and the contract (or order form). In addition, a quality certificate shall be filled
out.
5.2 Group Batch
Products shall be submitted for acceptance inspection in batches. Each batch shall be
constituted of the same grade of products. The weight of each batch of products for
chemical purpose shall not exceed 3,000 t. The weight of each batch of products for
other purposes shall not exceed 60 t.
5.3 Inspection Items
Inspection items and sampling size of each batch of products shall comply with the
stipulations in Table 2.
5.4.1 Adopt intubation method (plastic tube or stainless-steel tube) to evenly take
samples from each batch of products.
5.5 Determination of Inspection Result
5.5.1 When the result of chemical composition analysis is disqualified, it is allowed to
re-take samples (or double the samples) to conduct re-inspection of the disqualified
items. If the samples still fail in one of the items in the re-inspection result, then, this
batch of products shall be determined as disqualified.
5.5.2 When the samples are disqualified in granularity inspection, then, this batch of
products shall be determined as disqualified.
6 Packaging, Marking, Transportation, Storage and Quality Certificate
6.1 Packaging, Transportation and Storage
Products may be packed in sacks or bulk. The specific mode of packaging shall be
determined in accordance with the demand-side's demands. During the transportation
and storage, products shall be protected from the rain.
6.2 Marking
6.2.2 If products are shipped in bulk, in accordance with the content described in 6.2.1,
fill out the form, then, submit it to the demand-side.
6.3 Quality Certificate
Each batch of products shall be attached with a quality certificate, which shall indicate.
