Part 5 of the YD/T 6756 series covers the operator-side development and operation (DevOps) system used for telecommunication operation and management. It specifies the functional architecture, the physical architecture and the interaction interfaces of this system.

The document applies to the planning, design, construction and application of operator-side DevOps platforms for communication networks built with NFV technology, including but not limited to 4G/5G core networks and CDN networks. It is used by telecom operators, by software and platform vendors that build such systems, and by system integrators. It is a voluntary standard, as shown by the /T in its code. It was approved and issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on 1 June 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It is a new standard.
